Health, Safety & Fire Consulting Ltd was established in 2019, where we set out on our mission to provide fairly priced, sensible and proportionate safety advice to those with a responsibility to protect their people and assets.

We have worked with the public, charity and private sectors and have a diverse wealth of experience in providing competent support and safety management for organisations of all sizes. working with them to provide their health and safety management systems, policies, procedures andrisk assessments.
We have travelled wide and far, gaining a great deal of fire safety and health & safety experience in risk assessing large scale residential estates (e.g., Fulham Reach - Fulham, Ten Degrees - Croydon, Coppermaker Square - Stratford), to small operator Air BnB guest houses, commercial office blocks of any size, health & social care settings such as nursing homes (e.g.. Care Suuth) and Hospices (e.g., Princess Alice Hospice) , retail shops (e.g., Itsu) and shopping centres (e.g., Princes Mead, Farrnborough), hotels (e.g., Mitsis flagship hotels Laguna Ressort & Spa - Crete and Maris Resort - Rhodes, amongst others), as well as logistics, warehousing, professional kitchen and laundry settings, and so on. ​
Meet the Owner
Marc Harries-Watkins DipNEBOSH DipFD FSIDip CMIOSH MIFireE MIFSM MIIRSM is a highly qualified Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner and Fire Protection Specialist with over 20 years experience in fire safety, health and safety and food safety management, safety consulting and training. In addition, he is registered on the tiered fire risk assessor register (TFRAR), and as part of his Continuous Professional Development (CPD), is currently undertaking a degree in Fire Engineering Design.
As a dual practitioner, Marc has recognition from a range of health & safety and fire safety professional bodies:
• Institution of Occupational Safety and Health - Chartered Member (CMISOH)
• Institution of Fire Engineers - Member grade member (MIFireE)
• International Institute of Risk and Safety Management - Member grade member (MIIRSM)
• Institute of Fire Safety Managers - Member grade member (MIFSM)​

He has worked in the public, charity and private sectors and he has a diverse wealth of experience in providing competent support and safety management for organisations of all sizes and sectors. He has a great deal of experience of risk assessment within the built environment, health & social care settings, retail settings, hotels, industrial settings and so on.
