Our BAFE SP205 for Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments (UKAS accredited scheme) are available in all necessary types (General, or types 1-4), ensuring every legal duty is addressed and every risk properly managed. We support you through the entire process, from the initial assessment and the development of fire evacuation procedures to fire safety management plans and the implementation of clear fire action notices. We conduct regular evacuation drills and offer fire door* and fire stopping surveys*, always making sure every aspect of your premises meets the current standards. Retrospective fire strategies are available for buildings requiring formal documentation or where significant changes have occurred. All services are aligned with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, Fire Safety Act 2021, and the latest Building Safety legislation. We believe it is unethical to offer services where we advise they are required. *We will not offer a fire door survey or fire stopping survey if we have stated you require one in a Fire Risk Assessment. Futhermore, we ensure we are not linked to companies providing services and equipment we state you require, such as a latchway falls protection system for example, where we believe there is a potential for a conflict of interest on the basis of commercial benefit and self interest.
