• Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and Fire Safety Act 2021 and Regulations       made under them  by providing fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, fire stopping   surveys, fire management plans, evacuation strategies, fire drill tests, fire safety policy   and procedure development and/or review, and general fire safety advice and support.

• The Health & Safety at Work Act and Regulations to it, by providing competent   assistance, strategic risk management and strategy, policy and procedure development and/or review, task and situational risk assessment, and general health and safety advice   and support.

• The Building Safety Act 2022 and its secondary legislation, by, for example, assisting to   produce building safety case reports, Resident Engagaement Strategies, and so on.
