Expert Support for Healthcare Services

We work with Healthcare services and Hospices with scope to provide Fire Risk Assessments and General Health & Safety Risk Assessments for In-Patient Units, Day Services, their ancilliary areas such as kitchens, laundries, offices, plus support for any logistics and fundraising functions such as warehouses and retail units. We work/have worked with organisations such as Princess Alice Hospice to support their full portfolio, as well as Care South to complete Fire Risk Assessments of their offices and care homes, and CityDoc and Surrey Orthodontics to support and undertake Fire Risk Assessments of their care facilities and offices.

Comprehensive Risk Assessments

We provide risk assessments that support compliance with the Fundamental Care Standards, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, and relevant Health Technical Memorandums (HTMs), including HTM 05 Firecode guidance. This helps organisations meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) expectations and achieve high standards across all five key domains.

We also ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, satisfying the requirements of enforcing authorities including the Health and Safety Executive and Fire and Rescue Services.
