Offering services in the built environment, we are specialists in Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Management and compliance. Whether you have a single office in a multi-let office block or a 45 storey residential tower, we are perfectly suited to provide services to a wide range of properties , across a range of different building profiles and type of use.

Since 2019 we are estimated to have completed somewhere in the region of 3000 FRAs and GRAs, of some of the most complex premises in the UK, including Ten Degrees (AKA, The Black Towers), Croydon, which at the time it was assessed, it was the tallest mixed-modular construction High-Risk Residential Building in the world (connected twin towers, of 43 and 37 storeys).

Expert Support

We have been working with a number of Managing Agents and Asset Management companies number of years, providing Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) and General (Health & Safety) Risk Assessments (GRA) for their portfolios. We have also worked on a number of sub-contracts to undertake FRAs, GRAs, amongst other services such as emergency plans, fire emergency plans, health and safety policies, training, activity risk assessment, fire strategy (restrospective) and so on.

Comprehensive Risk Assessments

We provide risk assessments that support compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, satisfying the requirements of enforcing authorities including the Health and Safety Executive and Fire and Rescue Services.

 

Each assessment is carried out by an experienced consultant who understands the realities of your workplace or premises, offering clear recommendations and practical steps for improvement. Our service covers everything from initial site visits to periodic reviews, supporting your organisation as a trusted partner.

We are registered to the UKAS accredited BAFE SP205 Life Safety Fire Risk Assessment scheme, and the company's Lead Validator is an Advanced Level Fire Risk Assessor on the National Fire Risk Assessors Register (NFRAR) and Chartered Safety and Health Professional.
